§1 Seller's details

§2 Definitions

  1. Seller – VARCH Sp. z o. o.

  2. Buyer/Consumer – a natural person making a purchase in the store.

  3. Shop – an online platform run by the Seller.

 

 

§3 Purchasing Rules

  1. The store's offer includes:

    • products printed on 3D printers,

    • mushroom growing kits (“grownkits”).

  2. All prices are gross prices (including VAT).

  3. Payment is made in advance when placing the order .

 

 

§4 Delivery

  1. The goods are shipped to the address provided in the order.

  2. The cost and method of delivery are provided when placing the order.

 

 

§5 Right of withdrawal

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.

  2. Exceptions: custom-made goods and perishable products (e.g. active grow kits after opening) are not returnable.

  3. In order to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the Consumer may use the withdrawal form attached to these Regulations.

  4. The Consumer may send the form electronically to the e-mail address: varchamazon@gmail.com or by traditional mail to the address of the Seller's registered office.

 

 

§6 Complaints

  1. Complaints can be submitted to the following e-mail address: varchamazon@gmail.com .

  2. The seller will consider the complaint within 14 days.

 

 

§7 Data protection

  1. Buyers' personal data are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

 

 

§8 Final provisions

  1. In matters not regulated, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

  2. An integral part of the Regulations is Appendix No. 1 – Withdrawal form .
