Return and Refund Policy

You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 30 days of receiving the ordered goods, without giving a reason.

Return conditions:

• The product must be unused and in undamaged condition.
• The product must be in its original, undamaged packaging, together with all tags and accessories, if any were included.
• Please enclose proof of purchase with the returned product (e.g. the order number or a receipt/invoice).

How to make a return:

• Let us know that you wish to return the item by sending a message to shop@kahaus.com, quoting your order number.
• Send the product back to: VARCH Sp. z o.o., Pociagow Pancernych 1D, 32-005 Niepolomice, Poland.
• Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will refund your payment.

Refund:
The refund will be made promptly and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned product, using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless another method has been expressly agreed.

Cost of return:
The customer bears the cost of sending the goods back, unless the return results from a defect in the product or an error on our side - in that case we cover the cost of return shipping.

Exceptions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer's individual specification (personalised) or to goods which, for reasons of hygiene, have been unsealed and cannot be returned, where applicable.
