Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of the payment being credited.

Shipping area
We ship within the European Union.

Shipping cost
Poland: free shipping.
Other European Union countries: EUR 5.99 per parcel. Orders from EUR 20 ship free of charge.
The final shipping cost is shown at checkout.

Delivery time
Delivery time consists of order preparation (1-2 business days) plus transit:
Poland: 1-2 business days
Other European Union countries: 2-3 business days
The exact estimated delivery time is shown during checkout.

Carrier
Parcels are dispatched from Poland with the courier DPD.

Parcel tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to follow the delivery status.

Damage in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us without delay at shop@kahaus.com, ideally with photographs of the damage.
