Dinosaur Toys, Axolotl and Snakes: Our 3D-Printed Figures
In short
- Our dinosaur toys are a 15.5 cm articulated T-rex skeleton and a 25 cm triceratops that you snap together from a kit card. No plush, no remote control, no roaring.
- The 25 cm flexi axolotl bends along its body and is marked 14+, for teenagers and adults; for younger children there is a 6 cm mini axolotl.
- Snakes come in 21, 27 and 80 cm, plus a 27 cm snake hidden in a 10 cm egg. Nothing here is for children under 3. The 80 cm snake is marked 14+.
Looking for dinosaur toys or an axolotl toy for a child who likes to pose, build and line things up on a shelf? This page is for you. We print dinosaurs, axolotls and snakes ourselves in Poland, from PLA, and ship within 24–48 hours.
One thing up front, so nobody is disappointed: we do not make plush dinosaurs, remote-controlled ones or dinosaurs that roar. Ours are printed figures with joints, plus one building kit. Below: how each one moves, who it suits and who should shop elsewhere.
Dinosaur toys: a T-rex skeleton and a triceratops kit
T-rex skeleton, 15.5 cm
The T-rex skeleton is articulated from head to tail: every vertebra is a joint, so the spine flexes end to end. It is printed in one piece with the joints already in place. Nothing to assemble, no glue.
Children pose it and march it across the table; adults park it on a desk. Because it is a skeleton, it doubles as Halloween decoration: bones, but funny rather than macabre, and on 1 November it simply goes back to being a dinosaur.
Triceratops kit card, 25 cm
The triceratops is a different kind of toy. It comes as a kit card: printed parts that you snap together yourself into a 25 cm dinosaur. Here the building is the point. It suits a child who likes making things, or a parent and child with a rainy afternoon to fill.
Our rule of thumb: if you want a dinosaur that moves straight out of the parcel, take the T-rex. If you want an activity first and a dinosaur on the shelf afterwards, take the triceratops.

Both are in Dinosaurs.
Our axolotl toy: 25 cm and bendy
Children love axolotls for the permanent smile, the frilly gills and the slightly baffled look of an animal that never quite grew up. And a figure is a lot easier to look after than a tank.
Our flexi axolotl is 25 cm long and articulated along its body, so it bends, curls and gets fiddled with in the hand. It is marked 14+, though, so it is not a toy for a younger child: teenagers and adults keep it on the desk as a fidget.
For a pencil case or a party bag there is also a 6 cm mini axolotl among our mini animal figures, next to a fox, a crocodile and others.
Snakes: which size for whom
Our snakes are articulated segment by segment. They slither across the table, coil around a candle holder or a stair rail, and hold the shape you leave them in. The main decision is the size.
| Snake | Size | Character | Good for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Snake 21 cm | 21 cm | Small, fits in one hand, holds any shape | A first snake, a desk, a pocket |
| Snake 27 cm | 27 cm | Realistic articulated collectible, one size up | Kids who want a proper snake, a shelf |
| Snake XL (14+) | 80 cm | Long enough to coil along a whole shelf or a banister | Teens 14+ and adults: collectors, reptile fans, room decor, Halloween |
| Snake in an egg | 27 cm, in a 10 cm egg | A surprise: the two shells twist apart and the snake comes out | Birthdays, gifts, kids who love unwrapping |

All sizes are under Snakes, and the egg version also has its own page under Snakes in an Egg.

Which one to pick by age
- Under 3: nothing on this page. The figures have small moving parts; a soft toy is the right choice here.
- 3 to 5: the 21 cm or the 27 cm snake, played with while an adult is around.
- 6 to 9: the T-rex skeleton, the snake in an egg and the triceratops kit, which a child of this age can build with a little help.
- 10 and up: the T-rex on a desk and the 17 cm chameleon with its curling tail.
- 14 and up, and adults: the 80 cm snake, the 25 cm flexi axolotl and the 25 cm bearded dragon, all three marked 14+.
More articulated animals are in Flexi Animals, and ideas across our whole range in Gift Ideas.
Who should look elsewhere
Our figures are made of hard PLA, not fabric. If your child wants something to cuddle in bed, a plush dinosaur will make them happier. If the wish list says "roars", "walks by itself" or "remote control", we do not have it: nothing here has batteries, sound or a motor.
Where ours do well: posing, playing out stories, building, and looking good on a shelf long after the first excitement.
Care: bend, do not force
- If a joint feels stiff at first, free it once, gently, working along the body from one end.
- Every joint has a natural range. Bend within it, and do not lift a snake or a dinosaur by the tail.
- Keep the figures away from heat, such as a car dashboard in summer or a radiator: PLA softens when it gets hot.
- Dust comes off with a soft brush or a quick rinse in lukewarm water.
Safety: our figures have small moving parts, and the triceratops kit is made of separate pieces until it is built. They are not suitable for children under 3. With younger children, stay close while they play. The flexi axolotl, the 80 cm snake and the bearded dragon are marked 14+ and are meant for teenagers and adults.
Frequently asked questions
Do your dinosaurs make sounds or move on their own?
No. They have no batteries, speakers or motors. The T-rex moves when a child moves it, and the triceratops is a model you build.
Is the axolotl soft?
No. It is printed from PLA, which is a hard plastic. It bends because of its joints, not because the material is soft.
T-rex or triceratops as a gift?
For a child who wants to play straight away, the T-rex. For one who enjoys building, the triceratops. For a real fan, both.
